Z-Order at Launch

1. At Launch PL/SQL Developer v.11 places the window at the bottom of the Z order. Previous versions worked correctly, places window at TOPMOST position Z-Order.

2. Make please possible the large buttons on the toolbar.

It should launch as the topmost window. Can you go to Help > Support Info and paste the text from the "Info" tab page in a reply?

Yes! In version 11.0.3.1770 Z-order - all OK.
