v10 Toolbar issues

I have just installed v10. Most functions appear to be working as desired. However, I have some user defined tools on the Session menu. They came over fine from v9 and appear on that menu. However, I also added an image and it used to show up on the Tools toolbar, but now it does not. When I try to customize the toolbar, any item I right click on does not pull up the menu and my new tools are not in the list. The only customization it appears that I can do to the toolbars is to display or not display.

Can you go to Tools > Configure Tools and check if the "Image" is still correct? If not, you may need to re-select an image.

I have selected a different image and it still doesn't appear in the toolbar. I have then reselected the original image and it still doesn't appear.

If you right-click on the toolbar, select "Customize", go to the "Commands" tab page and select the "User defined tools" category, do you see your tools? If so, can you drag them to the toolbar?

Now, I have some plug-ins that don't have icons associated with them. I can add them to the toolbar as the text name, but I can't seem to figure out how to associate an icon. Is this something limited to the provider of the plug-in or is there some way I can do this?

The Plug-In developer needs to associate an icon with its functions.
