Upgrade pricing?

Is there any upgrade pricing to go from DOA 3 to DOA 4? I don't see anything about upgrades on your pricing page.

Upgrades are covered by the Annual Service Contract, which costs USD 50 per license, and entitles you to receive upgrades and technical support for the period of 1 year.

So since I own version 3 now does that mean that if I pay $50 for an annual contract I can upgrade to version 4?
