Setting to save the desktop environment?

I know there has to be a setting that will save the desktop when you exit and restore it when Developer is started again.

Anyone know where I'd find it?

I guess this is the one.
[Menu Tools - Preferences] - [User Interface - Options] - [Autosave desktop]
