PLSQLD Keep opening closed windows on exit

Hi,
I started noticing recently when I close PLSQLD gracefully , with pressing yes to close all windows prompt, when i open PLSQLD it seems to re-open some closed windows.
Anyone had similar experience? The main issue is it takes ages to open PLAQLD and then i have to manually close all open windows one by one.

Is there a preference or something i can turn it off please?

Can you go to Preferences > User Interface > Options and disable the "Autosave Desktop" option?
