save password

I've been through the PL/SQL Developer help and just can't figure out how to save my logon password. I can't figure out how to get from the "Oracle logon" to "Logon history configuration" window. Your help would be greatly appreciated.

In the PL/SQL Developer IDE, press the dropdown button of the "Log on" button on the main toolbar, and select "Configure" item of the dropdown list.
