Results Grid Icons Incorrect - v16b6

The 'Insert Record' and 'Delete Record' icons appear to be incorrect in v16b6.

Looks like the 'Fetch Next Page' icon has replaced the 'Insert Record' icon and the 'Insert Record' icon has replaced the 'Delete Record' icon.
