W Worker Member³ Mar 4, 2014 #1 I have "Use projects" disabled in my preferences, and when I start PL/SQL Developer normally no "Projects" menu appears. However when I start PL/SQL Developer with the nologon and instantclient parameters, a "Projects" menu appears anyway.
