Program window hint pop-up box does not disappear when shifting to another program using Alt-Tab

I have a package with many methods, cursors etc. in a program window.

When I hover the mouse cursor over e.g. a procedure call, the procedure declaration is shown in a hint pop-up box. When I move the mouse away from the procedure call, the hint box disappears again. This is by design.

But when the mouse is over e.g. a procedure call and the hint box is displayed in PLD and I change to another program using Alt-Tab, the hint box is stuck at top of the other program. Only when I use Alt-Tab to shift back to PLD and then back again to the other program, the hint box disappears. Not a big deal, but a bit annoying when you experience this many times during a day.
