Program Window, balloon pop-up stay on the screen even after selecting other functions

I am viewing a package in Program Window. When I hover over e.g. a procedure header, a balloon pop-up is shown, showing the definition of the header. This OK.
When I right-click on a procedure to e.g. test it, the balloon pop-up is shown over the context menu, so it is partially or totally hidden. This happens if I right-click too "fast", i.e. before the balloon pop-up is shown. If I wait to right-click until the balloon pop-up has been shown, the context menu is shown and and the balloon pop-up disappear again as expected.

This is also a problem, if I hover the mouse over a procedure and press Alt-Tab to shift program from PLD to e.g. the Windows explorer. If I do this before the balloon pop-up is shown in PLD, the balloon text is shown on the other program and can only be removed, if I shift back to PLD and move the cursor to a place on the screen where I will not get a balloon pop-up.

Is the a way to increase the delay before the balloon pop-up is shown or even disable it completely. It is quite frustrating that these artifacts from PLD keep interfering with my other programs.

I am using the 64 bit version of PLD, I have not checked to see if this is also a problem for 32 bit.
