Plugin function IDE_GetMenulayout doesn't return submenus for

File / Open / New / Program Window
Edit / Text / Macros
Tools / Other / Tools
Tools / Other / Documents

That's correct, the content of these menus are configurable, and not yet determined when the menu layout is created.

We will try to fix this for version 14.
