Open packages on startup

I'm working on a standard set of packages and functions some time now. Is it possible to open that set of packages and other objects automatically on startup?

You can organize this as a project (Project > New). The desktop configuration of a project will automatically be saved and restored, so the objects you are working on will automatically be opened again. The most recently used project can also automatically be reopened if you have enabled the "AutoSave Desktop" option (Tools > Preferences > User Interface / Options).
