Editing a procedure from a package and showing the focus on another procedure

I'm using the latest version and since version 16.0.0, this problem occurs in large packages. I edit a procedure but the pl shows on the right side that I'm editing another procedure, this is very confusing.

I cannot immediately reproduce this. Can you send me the source file of the package so that we can try to reproduce?
