No screen update when using the text importer

When using the text importer, the screen is not updated. When importing a large table and going to other windows it is impossible to go back again to PL/SQL Developer. When minimizing all other windows, only the counter gets updated on the screen. The rest of the screen shows the content of the other now minimized windows.

It is OK, that PL/SQL Developer does not allow other operations but a screen update is desirable.

Furthermore it would be nice to be able to start PL/SQL Developer directly with a text importer script corresponding to the commandfile option.

This is fixed in the next release. The Text Importer will be a normal document window.
