New PLD 15 icon is not used in the Windows taskbar

The new version 15 icon (light 'airy' purple) is not used in the Windows taskbar, it is still the version 14 solid purple icon that is used.
I have not tried to uninstall version 14 of PLD, maybe it is because the two versions co-exist?

This is indeed not correct in the 64 bit version. The 32 bit version is correct. We'll fix it.
