Moving of visible margine in editor

Hi,

In version 7.0.3 and earlier, when I define a "visible margine" in (Preferences --> Editor --> Tabs & Wrapping) in position ex.3, then I can move this margine with mouse in editor on position which I choose (drag & drop).
In version 7.1.0 this feature is not possible.

This feature is very good for following the identation of begin...end, if...end if or loop blocks.

This is indeed not possible in the new editor. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.
