Logon box hidden behind splash screen

Hi,

When starting up PL/SQL Developer 7.0.3, the logon box is getting stuck behind the intial startup screen.

Any ideas on how to resolve this?

I guess I solved it by uncommenting "nosplash=1" in %ProgramFiles(x86)%/PLSQL Developer/params.ini.
