Licence problem Version 11

We have a 5 user licence for PL/SQL Developer 11.x
When I register my licence number everything is fine, and in about box, I see "Registered version.. "

But when I stop PL/SQL Developer and restart, then it is a trial version again.

That happens always. How I can solve this problem?
