Please can you tell me what the latest current version of DOA is. Also can you tell me when 4 will be available and whether any recoding would be required to go to 4 from 3.4.6.

The latest version is 3.4.6.4. Version 4.0 will be available in August/September, and will not require any recoding for 3.4 applications.
