in the addons page, under the "Bar Solutions Plugins" there is a templates plugin.
type a keyword, press a magic key combination, voila, the text is turned into a script / code snippet / something else you desire.
this does not replace the contents of the window, it replaces the keyword that the cursor is currently at the end of.
eg: if search is your keyword....
"the big search[cursor here] returned nothing"
and search was templated to "search ( with a reward )"
then you would end up with "the big search ( with a reward ) returned nothing"
stupid example i know, but im having my third monday this week.
