Using PLSQLDEV 12 64 Bit, I am required to install PLSQL Developer using an admin account and to use a normal windows user for daily work.
By default PLSQLDev installs into c:\program files\. I would rather have the program installed in a directory that I am able to do read AND write in as a normal user. Changing any file in c:\program files\ requires me to logon as an adminstrator and is a nuisance in general.
How do I direct the installation program to point to another directory?
