Getting error while access PL/SQL Developer tool

I am facing issue when i try to login plsqldev tool.
The error which i getting is attached with this post
Initialization error
SQL*Net not properly installed

OracleHomeKey: SOFTWARE\ORACLE
OracleHomeDir:

Please help me to find out the solution

This indicates that you do not have an Oracle Client installation. This is a requirement for PL/SQL Developer.

Could this be the case?

No i have installed client on my machine.

Can you start PL/SQL Developer without connecting, go to Help > Support Info, press the 'Copy all pages' button on this info screen, and paste this text into an e-mail reply?
