Error showing : ORA-031237

Hi,

I am facing error "ORA-031237: malformed TTC packet from client rejected."
Error showing when query any table, this issue is occur only when run any SQL in Oracle 19c database while 11g database can query any SQL without any error.

Please assist me to resolve this issue.

Can you start PL/SQL Developer, connect to this database, go to Help > Support Info, and send me the information from the "Info" tab page?
