function/proc declaration pop-up

When you hover the mouse cursor over a function or procedure, pl/sql developer (very helpfully) pops up the declaration of that func/proc. However when I quickly alt-tab to another program, that pop-up still appears, but now in front of the other program with no way to make the pop-up go away without first alt-tabbing back.

This mostly happens unintentionally, when I don't event want the pop-up, but there just happens to be a func/proc under my mouse cursor when I alt-tab away.

This behavior started some time after I switched to the 64bit version, although it may have been even more recent than that.

Is this something that can be fixed? Please let me know if you need any further details.

This problem still exists in v12b4. If it's a simple fix, will you please include it in v12?
