extprocshare requires net8 8.0.5 or later

hi,
I get the exception above when I'm trying to use the OracleSession.extprocshare method. We're using Oracle 8.1.7. Any suggestions?

My guess is that the Primary Oracle Home does not contain Net8. Can you call ShowDOAInfo(nil) after calling ExtProcShare and handling the exception? This will show all relevant information.

you were right. I had oci.dll in ora817 and not in orant.
