Debugger - Cursor hover doesn't work

I used to be able to see my variable values when I held my cursor over the variables in debugging sessions.

Now, I can't get the variables to display by hovering over them. Is there a setting that turns this on or off?

Go to Tools>>Preferences >> Debugger
Set Show variable values in a popup
