Cycle through windows

Is there a way to cycle through windows at exactly order they appear on Window List?

Using Ctrl+Tab and Ctrl+Shift+Tab is a little confusing, and I cannot find where to change this shortcut key... I think it would be great if we can cycle through windows on Window List just like it's possible to do with Tab Pages... :D

The Ctrl+Tab will cycle through windows from front to back. This order can change as you work. The window list shows the windows in creation order.

Yeah, I've noticed... and this order changing as we work turns Window cycling so difficult as more Windows are created... :(

So, here's my feature request: add Next Window and Previous Window options on menu to cycle on creation order.
Is it possible? :)

I think that I would like this also, but I would prefer an option to change the behaviour of the existing keys (default to current method, but if the option is checked then cycle through by create order).

It should be possible. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.

Any chances of this feature be added on next 7.1 beta?
Pleeeease! =D

PL/SQL is getting closer to perfection. Code folding and split editing were a nice addition! Thanks!

I also would really like to see this changed. I think it's much more intuitive for ctrl+tab to be based on the location of the window. (Or at least that's how web browsers have trained me to think)

Sadly, this enhancement request is now more than 5 years old!
This "jumping" from one window to the next in creation order is most annoying, there are no other words to describe it!
So will this behavior ever be changed?
