Crashing after upgrade to version 16.0.2.2154

I just upgraded PL/SQL to the most recent version and i'm experiencing a consistent crash. My example is i log into 1 database environment. I run a query. I then attempt to change to a different database and it crashes before getting connected to the new environment. I'm going to upload the DebugSQL file. Let me know if there is anything else I can provide.

I'm currently not getting any error message. The application just fully crashes and is gone.

I will say that today I am unable to reproduce the issue. The difference from yesterday is that today I am in the office versus yesterday I was remote and connected over VPN. I also didn't reboot my computer yesterday. So maybe a reboot helped, or maybe being in the office helped. I can look at it more tomorrow when I'm remote again.

I am still unable to reproduce this issue, so we can consider it resolved. Not sure exactly what may have caused it. Thank you.
