PLSQL developer not showing output after a query is executed

Hi...
I am using plsql developer of the older version (7.2). I have connected to a database(through client 19c 32bit ) and executed a query it shows done in 0.014 seconds but no output is displayed and going to a not responding state. Can someone please help!

Maybe this is an environment problem. Can you start PL/SQL Developer, connect to this database, go to Help > Support Info and send me the text from the "Info" tab page?
