Close Project...closing non-project windows too

I recently started using projects again. Anyway, I created a project with a couple of files. Great. Then I open another file, which I DIDN'T add to the project. Now, I'm done with the Project and say "Close Project". PL/SQL Dev wants to close everything that is open, including my non-project related window. A secondary issue is that it won't close a project if something is executing...even if that executing routine is NOT in the project either.

Apparently the scope of the "Close Project" function is too big. We'll fix it.
