Are there any issues with loading PL/SQL Developer on a Citrix server to support remote developers?

With a 20 user license?

With an unlimited use license?

PL/SQL Developer licenses are named, so the same license can be used at work and from home. This goes for both the 20 user license and the unlimited license.
