Change hover link appearance

Just moved to a new machine. I thought that I got all the settings copied over. Anyway, on my old machine when I Ctrl-, it just underlines (which looks nice), however on the new machine it bolds and underlines... I can't find the preference that controls that behavior.

Anybody know?

There is no preference for this, the text should be displayed light blue, underlined, normal style. Perhaps there is a difference in the font (type, size, color) between the 2 machines?

Same font, but it definitely bolds it. And plugins...same.

I think I can reproduce this. It seems that the blue text is drawn 1 pixel to the left compared to the original text. We'll fix it.
