Alt Tab issue using Windows 11

Hi. I have a problem since i use Windows 11.
"Alt Tab" doesn't work properly if i try to switch from PL/SQL Developer to another application. I always have to press it twice to switch to other app.
Is this a known issue?

There is indeed a Windows 11 Alt-Tab issue with PL/SQL Developer 14.0. This has been resolved for version 15.0, for which we will have a public beta next week.

It's quite annoying and it wouldnt be nice spending more on the new version just because of such a basic problem.
