10.0 issue: Ctrl+Space in editor

I have a shortcut "Ctrl+Space" for Code Assistant. In version 10, its work not correctly. When I press down space, I got space character in editor window.

This works fine for me. Can you go to Help > Support Info and paste the text from the Info tab page into an e-mail reply?

I found that the problem is caused by the SmartED Plug-In 2.0 (author: Oleg Tyurin). I disable it, and PL\SQL Developer works fine.
