I have a small but boring problem with the editor of PL/SQL Developer. When I insert Arabic message text in the code (or any other Bi-di language) and try to modify or mark any word within it, all the cursor directions are inverted so it will be very difficult to correct any typo. Can you please explain why this problem is existed? Does the editor follow the Windows components libraries standards that depend on local regional settings of the operating system?
