Wishlist - open BLOB in LDE - multiple external executables

I would like to associate extension for the same BLOB column in a table with a different external executable in Large Data Editor - for instance .pdf extension to be opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader, and .rpt extension to be opened with Crystal Reports - now you can have one external association only at the time.

I assume you have a BLOB column that can contain more than one format, and that you have stored the filename (and extension) in another column in the same table?
