Wish List: Directories Setting

My work is done in many different schemas based on different projects. For each project, I keep the source files in a subdirectory by the name of the schema. Each time I change schemas, I have to change the Directories settings to use the new schema's subdirectory.

I noticed that I could customize the command window's prompt with [user] to display the current logged in user. It would be neat if I could use this in the directories and have them automatically change based on the logged in user. That might also help with some issues I have had using the VCS plug-in.

Nice idea. I have added it to the list of enhancement requests.

Note however that you can already define different preference sets for different users and/or databases. This is of course more work than a simple &user variable in the directory name.
