I have a issue with running PL/SQL Developer Ver 7 on Windows 2003 Terminal server. If the user is in the local Administrators group on the server then the application runs fine. If the user is not then I get to the PL/SQL logon screen and when I try and log onto a database I receive a grey box with a OK button. If I say OK it runs the app but does not log me on. It seems like a rights issue with Terminal Server and the users ability to run the application. Any ideas anyone ?
