Window list click problem

I dont know how to properly describe it, but Im on win 10, plsqldeveloper 13 latest version and sometimes I have problem with click on windows on window list. This wasnt problem on win 7 where I was before.
Sometimes when I want to click on window on window list I must click on window below that. When this happens its for all window on window list, only way how to repair that is close plsqldeveloper and open plsqldeveloper again. It really annoying, can you look at this and repair it?

Yes, I have multiple monitors (only one active at a time), not sure what you are referring to when you talk about scaling factors. Assuming that you are talking about Windows' 10 Setting Display->Make everything bigger, that is "200%(Recommended)"

You can right-click on the Windows Desktop, select "Display settings", and check the percentage under "Scale and layout". Click on both monitors identified at the top of the "Display settings" window to check these settings for both monitors.

Only 1 monitor is used at a time (Windows key +P -> Second screen only) so it displays info only on this one and it's 200%
