Version Control Clear Case plug-in?

Is there a version control plug in for Clear Case avaible for PlSql developper?

If ClearCase provides a Microsoft SCC compliant interface, then it should work. I know that previous ClearCase versions had some bugs that prevented a successfull integration. I'm not sure what the status is right now.
