Cursors/SQL text/Statistics/lock tab don't work in RAC environment (11G r2) when the instance is different on curent connect.

In version 9 it's work.

Perhaps you modified the session queries in 9.0? This can be accomplished from the "Define Session Queries" button on the Session Window toolbar.
