ver5.1 can we buy Annual Service or do we have to Buy

We currently are using PL/SQL Developer
Version 5.1.6.747 - 20 User License

I don't believe we have been buying a Service Contract.

Do we have to buy a new license
(the same deal as if we were a new user)

OR

can we upgraded to an Annual Service Contract

I wrote "Support on January 8th with this question (and gave them our license number) but have not heard back yet.

That e-mail or its reply must have got lost somewhere. You can upgrade to the latest version by purchasing an Annual Service Contract for a 20 User License.
