Download old version or install latest?

I have a license for v9 and a request (of my IT people) to acquire a service contract to upgrade to the latest release.

I also have a brand new hard drive being installed following a terminal, fatal and absolute hard drive crash on my current machine.

Can I download the latest release, apply the v9 license (to enter the 30-day trial period) and then the service contract license to have a licensed installation of the latest release?
.. or do I need to dig out / find / download the v9 installer?

You can download the latest 11.0 version, install it without providing a license key, and use it as a 30 day trial version. When you get the renewed license key you can go to Help > Register to register the license in the trial version.
