VCS plug-in with Merant Dimensions

we are using Merant Dimensions as configuration and change management system. Has anyone have some experience about the interface PL/SQL Developer with Merant Dimensions.
When we try to open a project (from VCS--> Open Projects...) we have a problem, the local path is empty in "Select workset directory for project" Screen. So we have the following message : The workset directory specified is invalid. It must be the same as the end of the local path and relative.

We have heard from other users (and from Merant) that the SCC interface of Dimensions has some requirements beyond the SCC specifications. It cannot be used with the VCS Plug-In.
