v9 Bug(?) - "Connections" window location

Maybe I'm missing an options to solve this (I've searched and can't find one) but this is really annoying and after several updates to the v9 product, it's still causing us problems:

After starting a new copy PL/SQL Developer and logging on, the "Connections" window appears on top of the main PL/SQL Developer window.

The problem is that if this is closed then PLSD restarted, it reappears. Also, if it's docked then PLSD restarted, it reappears in its original location (if it could keep the dock setting it would be no problem to always be shown).

Any suggestions very much appreciated.

After docking the Connection List, go to Window > Save Layout to make this the default.

You can also enable the "Autosave desktop" preference to automatically preserve the layout.
