V8 Bug: Window List very slow to redraw when many windows are open

I like having the window list opened but sometimes I have a few hundred windows opened. So I usually leave it closed.

So when I go to close or open a new screen it takes forever for the Window list to redraw. In fact it seems to recalculate the scrollbar size 4 times and redraw the window list that many times to. I'm sure this could be enhanced.

Maybe drop the scrollbar completely and go with a button that when clicked shows a complete list. The rest of the time just show what fits.

TextPad seems to have implemented the window list pretty well, mind you it could be improved with features like: scroll wheel support, search for a specific window by title.

Anyway until something changes I'll keep the window list closed cause it performs horribly!
