V8 bug: HTML manuals can not be easily closed via keyboard

When an program window error is doubleclicked, HTML Manuals window is opened, but it only can be closed by clicking the window close icon.

If you press Ctrl-F4 nothing happens, and if you press Alt-F4 the PLD tries to close down.

If you press Alt-Space, the small window dialog is shown, where you can select Close to close window (which, BTW, shows Alt-F4 as shortcut to closing).

Not a big thing, but someday in the future, when you have a couple of minutes Friday afternoon and you do not know what to correct next, maybe you can look into this
