There were plans to convert utGen to a PL/SQL Developer plug-in, but I stopped developing that plug-in when I started working on Ounit. Check http://www.ounit.com for more information. I could, of course, post the sourcecode I already made for the utGen plugin here somewhere, so someone else can continue the development. As for supporting utPLSQL in PL/SQL Developer, I know Allround is interested in doing that, so maybe we should try to convert Ounit to a plug-in for PL/SQL Developer. If interested, please let me know.
