User defined browser folder stays empty

I have created a very simple user defined browser folder that is supposed to show all the available editions. The problem is that this browser folder is always empty.

I have defined this folder using only the "Where clause" with the following contents: object_type = 'EDITION'. All other options are default.

I do not understand why this is not working.

The Object Browser will only show object types that it already supports. Other object types (like editions) will not be displayed.

Ok, that explains it. Do you know when PL/SQL Developer will support Editions in the object browser?

We currently do not have plans for this. I have added this to the list of enhancement requests.

It would be nice to just generally allow the plsqldev users to modify/override their object browser queries as they wish.
