Lower schema/user name with dot

Hi, we are using user names like "name.surname". When you try to compile procedure created under this user (there are error in procedure), compiler show, only that "Compiled with errors", but not show which error and where the error is. (PL/SQL Developer
Version 15.0.3.2059 (64 bit))
